Kite Festival in Morro Bay

There were several flying demonstrations--awesome. However, it was a very windy and cold day. We took a picnic lunch and it was hard to eat with the blowing sand. We had a good time anyway.

There were several big kites flying. It was almost too windy to keep them up.

There were several balloons also.

Easter Dog Parade in Cayucos

Everyone gathered around to see who is the "top dog".

The dogs all seemed to be having fun and they all got along.

The Lioness has a dog parade each year the day before Easter. The proceeds support our Mutt Mitt Project. (mitts to pick up after your dog) This year there were 75 dogs entered. Prizes were given for various catagories. Lots of fun!
